ROTO GRAVEUR MACHINE

For PP bags, the 8-color rotogravure process is almost exclusively used to print on BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) film, which is later laminated onto the woven PP fabric.

  • Tension Control

Machine use specialized load-cell tension systems to ensure the image doesn't distort across all 8 colors

  • Ink Adhesion

PP has low surface energy, machine often includes a Treater to increase the surface tension of the film, ensuring the ink doesn't peel off

  • Production and Delivery

Machine works very efficient speed and deliver its maximum productivity which is exceptional.

SOLVENT LESS LAMINATION

In the PP bag industry, solventless lamination is the “gold standard” for bonding the printed BOPP film to the Woven PP fabric.

  • Odorless Packaging

Because it uses no solvents, it is the preferred method for PP rice bags or pet food bags

  • Low Heat Profile

Solventless machine operate at lower temperature, preventing the PP fabric from shrinking or warping during the bonding process.

  • High Bond Strength

It provides a crystal-clear finish that makes the 8-color graphics "pop" while ensuring the bag can withstand heavy weights (25kg–50kg) without the layers delaminating.

XTRUDER LAMINATION

This machine is often referred to as a “PP Coating Machine” in the industry. It uses molten PP resin to “glue” the printed film to the woven fabric, or simply to provide a moisture-proof coating

  • Waterproofing

For industrial PP bags, the extrusion machine applies a thin layer of molten Polypropylene over the woven weave to make the bag sift-proof and moisture-resistant

  • Speed and Durability

This is the fastest way to laminate PP bags. The molten resin creates a structural bond that becomes part of the bag itself, making it nearly impossible to peel apart.

  • Cost Efficiency

For high-volume industrial bags, using molten PP resin is often more cost-effective than using specialized chemical adhesives
